| Partners in Pregnancy is a wellness program for pregnant moms. We'll work together to help you identify your hopes for your pregnancy and your new role as a mother, and make a plan to help you reach those goals.
The program includes:
- one monthly, hour-long, individual appointment (in-person, by phone or Skype)
- weekly emails to address questions that come up and tips to help you enjoy your pregnancy and prepare for your baby's arrival
- Monthly wellness group for expecting and new moms
All expecting moms can benefit from extra support during pregnancy. Our program might be right for you if...
- you've experienced fertility issues or previous pregnancy loss and you're feeling nervous about having a healthy pregnancy
- you've experienced post-partum depression or anxiety in the past, and are hoping to avoid it this time around
- you're ready to make some healthy lifestyle changes for yourself and your baby
- you're feeling nervous about giving birth, and want to learn some strategies to manage those fears
- your relationship with your own mom is tough and you're wondering how to juggle your relationship with her as you become a mom yourself
- you're struggling with finding a solution for juggling your career and family
- you're already noticing changes in your relationship with your partner now that you're pregnant, and you're wondering how to keep your relationship strong after your baby arrives
- you're anticipating being a single mom, and need someone else in your corner
- you're new in town, or the first of your friends to get pregnant, and are looking to meet other women who are similar to you
All individual appointments are with Dr. Jen Adams (Cherry Creek North office; Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays) or Dr. Stacey Bromberg (Lowry office; Mondays or Thursdays; www.drstacey.net). Groups are one Saturday morning each month, co-led by both Jen and Stacey.
